Edit or Cancel an Order

Cancelling an order

Orders can only be cancelled if the seller allows it and the item has not shipped.

To cancel an order:

1. Open the order

2. Select Cancel order (if available)

3. Confirm the cancellation

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is usually no longer possible.

Editing an order

Most orders cannot be edited after placement.

If changes are supported, you’ll see available options in the order details.
